Total Fitness Boot Camp


9th – 16th July 2017

When you come to Total Fitness Boot Camp you can expect a total body workout in every session. It generally involves some light cardio warm ups to increase the blood flow to the muscle, followed by a full body stretch. From there, we go straight into increasing the heart rate through a range of cardio vascular exercises including sprints, aerobic training, interval training, agility work and interactive games. This is the part of the training to combat fat loss, increase your fitness levels and strengthen your heart muscles. You will also sweat a lot during the training!!

Strength training will probably be the part people enjoy most as they can really feel those muscles burning. It involves a huge variety of workouts in every class, from squats to lunges, targeting the bum and upper thighs, close and wide grip press ups for the chest, to mention but a few. Then there are the back and triceps muscles, bicep workouts and free weights and many other challenging forms of training.

In every class, we also target those stubborn abs muscles. We generally do a full core blast workout, which will have your abs and obliques rock solid. This is a tough workout but when you put in the effort, the rewards are really worth it.

We also allow a few breaks during our Boot Camps to take on some fluids but we will try getting maximum effort from all our clients. People come to Boot Camp for many different reasons but the most important thing is that you enjoy yourself. Exercise should be challenging but fun and we promise that you will find this throughout your Total Fitness Boot Camp training.

Day 1

  • Arrival at Rovaniemi airport (Finland)
  • Transfer to Summer Boot Camp
  • Dinner at SBC Lodge Resto

Days 2-6

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner
  • 3 training sessions per day (more if required)

Day 7

  • Breakfast
  • Check out latest 11.00 and transfer to airport


Price per person from €1,300 (£1,168) based on 4 people sharing a Group room, or €2,000 (£1,797) per person based on 2 people sharing a Double/Twin room. Price includes accommodation, meals and training.
