Cross Training & Muay Thai Boot Camp

30th July – 6th August 2017

If you love the adrenaline rush from your training, you will always be challenged by the exercises in Cross Training. It will not only be exhausting on all levels, but will also bring you into a whole new realm of calorie burning. Workouts like this keep you lean and looking good. Combining strength, cardio and suspension training, using rigs, kettle bells, ropes and free weights – will give you the ultimate fat burning experience. This type of training energizes you, although you might feel faint at first (it may seem crazy to say but this exercise actually gives you more energy!)

Cross Training is also very popular with women, who sometimes feel a little intimidated about this kind of exercise, and training alongside men. The intensity of the various functional exercises is always adjusted to suit the individual.

Muay Thai is an ultimate form of exercise, whether you want to get in shape in a fun and effective way, or if you´re training to compete. It’s fun, challenging, diverse, and both mentally and physically stimulating.

The instructors at Muay Thai Boot Camp are experienced and qualified fighters. All have years of experience in the sport, both intensive training and in various competitions. In the Beginners Group you learn basic techniques and there is a lot of emphasis on fitness and physical training to build the foundation for a strong and sustainable physique.

The Beginners Group is for those with no previous experience in martial arts and focus lies on learning the basics of the sport while you get a good workout for the whole body. This is the group where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.

In Step 2, you advance the training and starting to put together combinations on pads, focusing on more technical details. There is also light sparring, where we practice how to kick and punch an opponent that moves. The pace of the sessions is higher in this group than in the beginners group, so this group will require a little bit of experience and a little bit of fitness.

The competition group requires highly developed techniques and in this group we expect the participants to have good fitness, commitment and desire. This group is designed to prepare participants for competitions, both nationally and internationally.
