SPINNING – ZUMBA – BODY COMBAT – TOTAL FITNESS

Are you one for short, intense work outs rather that a long slow-burning 10K run? Then it is time to book in for this challenging week. Bodyworks Training Boot Camp is a high-intensity group workout, which targets every muscle group within tough intervals. The training consists of short bursts of fast-pace exercises and will immediately get you sweating and feeling the burn. This kind of training will get your heart pumping, with quick moves from squats, jumps and push-ups.

If you want the perfect full body workout, this week is the one for you. Instructor Patric Giz and his team will get your quadriceps, gluts, deltoids and abs into a frenzy. The incorporation of strength and plyometric components will help to develop good muscle performance and endurance. Be warned – your muscles will be working at maximum levels for the shortest amount of time in this high intense exercise week. You will receive the best of personal training with the energy of a group exercise from Patric and his team as they have many years of experience within health and fitness.

Zumba/Spinning/Body Combat

This week will be combined with Zumba – the dance and training exercise that originally was created in Colombia. It gives happiness and training through dance and music. This kind of exercise might be more enjoyed by females that makes this week the ultimate couples week, with coarser and challenging training combined with dance and music and Zumba – for both men and women. The Zumba classes are being held by instructor and Zumba expert Ricardo Cadete, who has several years of experience within the field.

So let your hair down and enjoy the music and dance!

Day 1

  • Arrival at Rovaniemi airport (Finland)
  • Transfer to Summer Boot Camp
  • Dinner at SBC Lodge Resto

Days 2-6

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner
  • 3 training sessions per day (more if required)

Day 7

  • Breakfast
  • Check out latest 11.00 and transfer to airport

Prices

Price from €2,000 (£1,762) per person based on 2 people sharing a Double/Twin room. Price includes accommodation, meals and training.

A 30% deposit* secures your place on the Boot Camp(s) of your choice.
