Body Challenge Boot Camp

The Combat Challenge Training is an empowering cardio workout where you totally unleash. This energetic programme is inspired by Martial Arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Tai Chi, Karate, Boxing and Taekwondo. Motivating music will support the programme with Pontus instructing – you will strike, kick and punch your way to super fitness.

Throughout the week, Pontus will also introduce kick ass TRX Suspension Training moves that will give you the muscle building workout you crave.

ViPR sessions will be introduced for loaded movement training. ViPR creator Michol Dalcourt invented ViPR after observing the way farm kids were always stronger in sport than kids who had grown up in cities and only trained in gyms.

The ViPR bar is made of rubber, which comes in several weights ranging from 4 to 20 kg and even more for the pro trainer. It can be carried, dragged, thrown, flipped, rolled and stepped on and is a great form of exercise for the whole body.

The kettle bell will be something you will not be able to get away from, for it’s ideal for explosive exercises, working major muscle groups. Burn body fat and build muscle – this will be done in the form of circuit training. You pick the weight that you are comfortable with and the kettle bell will challenge you. This will really work your core.

Box/Kick Box

For those of you ready to push your boundaries, your training programme for the week will include Kick Box with a blend of strikes together with interval training. With punches, jabs, crosses, hooks, and upper cuts, you can be expected to be exhausted.

Yoga with Leon Martini

Be present and determined – get rewarded with higher body awareness! Yoga joins together the physical and mental levels through movement and breathing.

During the week, we will deepen our understanding about breathing and postures, which has become the most common way to see and use yoga in western countries.Through static and dynamic yoga postures we aim towards a deeper stretch and lengthening, making us stronger and more limber in our everyday life.

We will target the essential parts of our body like the core, where almost every movement has its origin, and work our way through challenging arm balances and fun inversions. Join us for an unforgettable journey that will hopefully leave you with a new way of thinking about ordinary fitness training.

Day 1

  • Arrival at Rovaniemi airport (Finland)
  • Transfer to Summer Boot Camp
  • Dinner at SBC Lodge Resto

Days 2-6

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner
  • 3 training sessions per day (more if required)

Day 7

  • Breakfast
  • Check out latest 11.00 and transfer to airport

Prices

Price per person from €1,300 (£1,168) based on 4 people sharing a Group room, or €2,000 (£1,797) per person based on 2 people sharing a Double/Twin room. Price includes accommodation, meals and training.

Deposits

A 30% deposit* secures your place on the Boot Camp(s) of your choice.
